Day 2 - The Power of Running Together: A workout with the Run Well Collective

Run #2 is in the Books.

There’s something about running with others that just fills your cup.

Run #2 of my current training block is officially done—and this one felt great!. Today I ran with the Run Well Collective, and let me tell you…it was so fun. The miles went by quicker than expected, not because of pace or speed, but because of the people and the shared experience.

Sometimes, the best runs aren’t about splits or distance. They’re about showing up, moving your body, and letting go of pressure. That’s exactly what this run was for me—a reminder that running can be joyful, social, and restorative.

If you’ve ever felt stuck in a training rut or found yourself over-focusing on numbers, I encourage you to run with others. Community shifts the focus from performance to connection—and that's where the real magic happens.

I didn’t realize how much I needed this today, but I’m so glad I laced up and said yes.

Here’s to more runs that feed the soul.
