I’m Melissa. I’m a runner, adventure seeker, and wellness enthusiast who believes healthy living should feel fun, flexible, and totally doable—especially in midlife.
My love for movement and nutrition started back in college, where I studied Health Science and Exercise Science. Since then, I’ve turned that passion into a lifestyle rooted in running, real food, and simple habits that support feeling good—body, mind, and soul.
I’m a certified running coach (RRCA) and FASTer Way to Fat Loss coach, but more than that, I’m a mom, wife, traveler, and someone who just really loves helping women feel strong, confident, and energized in their everyday lives.
You’ll usually find me running, planning our next family trip, or finding ways to make wellness practical—not overwhelming. I created Well – On Our Way to share inspiration, encouragement, and tools that help you show up fully for the life you love.
