My Thrive Market Favorites

 

If you've ever looked inside my pantry, you'd notice a pattern. I tend to buy the same products over and over. I know what I like but in my local grocery store those items are either hard to find or really expensive. In comes Thrive Market. Having a pantry stocked with ingredients I know and love makes it much easier to throw together nutritious breakfasts, lunches, snacks, and dinners.

Here are the products I buy on repeat:

Organic Oats - A breakfast staple. I use them for overnight oats, oatmeal, energy bites and muffins. They are inexpensive, filling and loaded with fiber.

Aloha Bars - These are one of my favorite grab-and-go snacks, especially on busy days or when we're traveling.

Collagen - I add this to my coffee every morning to help support my skin, bones, joints, tendons, ligaments, and connective tissue.

Creatine - 5g a day to help with recovery, muscle growth and repair and brain health

Dried Mango - A yummy snack and the individual sized packages keep the portion size in check.

Chia Seeds - These tiny seeds go into almost everything and are an easy way to boost my fiber intake.

Beef Chomps Sticks - 10g of protein and an easy snack to pack on the go.

Calm Magnesium - Add to hot water when your digestive system needs a little support.

Dark Chocolate Chips - Pantry staple. Need I say more.

Coconut Milk - Substitute for ½ the water when I make rice.
